Coffin Gems® Jewelry vs Others' Coffin Jewelry

Recently, several customers have reached out to me about a coffin ring they bought from another seller, where the stones are falling out and the seller refuses to replace them. These customers are now turning to me for my products. I am very concerned about the business practices of other coffin jewelry companies.
Since 1995, (back when there was NO coffin shaped gemstones/jewelry available anywhere!) I established an outstanding reputation for providing excellent customer service, which extends to before, during, and after the sale. Call me "old school" but that is what I expect from the companies I buy from!
Regrettably, this philosophy isn't adopted by all companies. It seems the traditional sayings "let the buyer beware" and "you get what you pay for" are more relevant now than ever. This especially applies to foreign companies selling products for a "cheap price" (even if they claim to have a USA phone number/address), they are based on foreign soil, using inferior (cheap) materials and methods of creation (implying or omitting details of their materials), and are not subject to the laws of the USA regarding their product quality, as well as a lack of customer service due to their cheap price. You just have to do an internet search of "coffin rings" to see what I am talking about. Some of them have pretty pictures...but will they stand up to the test of time?? Hmm...makes me wonder if I should just buy their products and sell them myself and be done with quality? (Just kidding!)
Regardless, I feel that any product a company sells should be supported by the company that sells it. No, I am not the least expensive option for coffin jewelry, but my philosophy has always been to offer the highest quality products that I can obtain for my customers, combined with exemplary customer service.
All of my stones, metals, designs, castings, setting/repair, customer service, and designs are completely created, purchased, sold, and serviced in the USA, specifically in Spring, TX. An easy verification of this is available by doing a WhoIs search on my website. Additionally, I own the USA patent on the words "Coffin Gems" which is also easily verifiable. Coffin Gems® has always been a small woman-owned business that consists of myself, my husband and my bench jeweler, who hand-makes each one of my designs as you order them here in Spring, Tx. I personally look at each design as I am boxing it up for shipment to make sure everything is exactly as the customer ordered it.
As long as I am the owner of Coffin Gems®, I will stand by my products and provide support to my customers with their jewelry, whether it was bought a month ago or a decade ago. I have customers who have been with me since 1995, buy every new design I come out with, while reminding me of all the versions of Coffin Gems® over the years, even back when I was Mordaunte's Coffin Gems and sold just stones (boy is that a blast from the past!). I have lived and breathed Coffin Gems® as my passion and niche' in this world and continue to love it!
My aim is for you to always be pleased with and proud of your Coffin Gems® purchase. This is the reason for my Services section (I see little, if any, Services sections in other coffin jewelry sellers websites). If any issue arises with your purchase, just email me, and we will work together to find a solution!
